Warlords II The second installment of the Warlords turn-based strategy, set in the realities of the fantasy world. The first part turned out to be so successful that the Strategic Studies Group decided to create another one. The gameplay and the goal of Warlords II remained almost the same as in the previous part, but care was taken to improve the original work as much as possible. The player, along with up to seven other opponents (controlled by computer A.I. or by live players), participates in a war in which only one opponent can emerge victorious. We have at our disposal several previously prepared campaigns and a random map generator, which of course extends the time of the game. Cities are still the main part of the game (recruiting troops, defensive values) and they are the target of our attacks. The number of types of troops that we can command in combat has been significantly increased, the skills and variety of heroes have been expanded, diplomacy and the "fog of war" option have also been added. The way the battles are conducted has not changed, i.e. the player still has no direct influence on the result of the battle, and everything is determined by the unit factors and computer calculations. The control interface has been greatly improved, and the whole thing is complemented by the possibility of changing the level of difficulty of the game in a very wide range.
